Flatforms: Hott or Not?

When I first saw this up and coming trend once again, I have to say I was totally against it but now some pairs get be sort of cute! If they are not made right, they can look a little like you are hauling around wood boards to a construction site. Here are some different styles that are available now for Spring and you decide if these new shoes are a must-have or a must-not buy.

Flowers are back in action for Spring and they are on everything from shorts, shoes and maxi dresses and we love it! Wheter it's a flirty feminine, romanitc, or boho style you need to get your hands on them all.


This Free People halter maxi is perfect by itslef or with a cropped leather/pleather jacket over it.


Looking to try something new? Try a maxi-skirt, but keep in mind your body type and height on this trend.


This Charlotte Ronson v-neck dress and this dress by Patterson J.Kincaid is totally my style, I have to have them for myself!




Sachin + Babi makes this top which is bright and playful and great for an evening of cocktails with friends.

MINKPINK makes this neon floral blazer that reminds me a little of the fabulous Winter Kate cardigans so I say this is a must, for an event, or a night out it's perfection.


Spring Break is just around the corner so it's time to buy swimsuits and sexy cover-ups. Try this Marc by Marc Jacobs ruffle option and slip this Tibi dress when your done basking in the sun!

Fall 2011 RTW Favorites!

Fashion week brought so many great new trends and silhouettes for Fall. Some designers were extremely impressive while others fell a little flat. I’m loving the the straight cuts, minimalism, and gorgeous colors stories. I grabbed a few pics from the wonderful Style.com to share with you some of my favorites!


Marc Jacobs rocked the runway with wild tights, mixing fabrics, and a little Mad Men style.



Milly is always feminine and girly but, for Fall the styles are nostalgic of decades past with fedoras, long gloves, maxi dresses.









Halston gets better and better as the years go by. While they always keep some of the long sleek classics from season to season, they have added a wide variety of colors with new silhouettes.




I always love Alice + Olivia for their glitz and glam in every collection. I wanted to put each and every piece on my blog because I was so in love, but had to choose just a few.

That 70's Denim

White Hott

Although there is still white on the ground and everywhere else we look, this color is a must for the upcoming trend season! I know some people hate white because it makes them look “larger” I beg to differ with that. Why not try it out on a piece of clothing that flatters your figure like a blazer or a even a pair of shoes!


I am dying to get my hands on a white boyfriend blazer that doesn’t break the bank, I love this version by Haute Hippie


Blouses are a subtle way to wear this color, there are so many different options and styles and can be worn to work or for pretty much any occasion

This Theory button-up would look great tucked into a pair of black trousers or skinny pants

For a more comfy, easy day look throw on a plain white tee. Long-sleeved, short-sleeved get one of each!





White pants are tricky and many dare to dabble with them, but as long as you don't have standout panty lines or choose a size too small your good to go

One thing I do love about this color is that is can look beautiful on almost any silhouette and fabric, so it is perfect when designing a dress.

For a warm vacation this lightweight dress by Thayer or this strapless ruffle dress by RED Valentino are great for staying cool and on-trend!




I have lusted over this Joie lace dress for the longest time just waiting for it to go on sale. It’s feminine, girly, and boho all at once...ah, perfection


Last but not least... SHOES! This wedge bootie by Jeffrey Campbell is so Lady Gaga



This Giuseppe Zanotti Lace-up bootie has a vintage feel and is sexy at the same time
