When I first saw this up and coming trend once again, I have to say I was totally against it but now some pairs get be sort of cute! If they are not made right, they can look a little like you are hauling around wood boards to a construction site. Flowers are back in action for Spring and they are on everything from shorts, shoes and maxi dresses and we love it! Wheter it's a flirty feminine, romanitc, or boho style you need to get your hands on them all.

Fall 2011 RTW Favorites!

Fashion week brought so many great new trends and silhouettes for Fall. Some designers were extremely impressive while others fell a little flat. I’m loving the the straight cuts, minimalism, and gorgeous colors stories. I grabbed a few pics from the wonderful Style.com to share with you some of my favorites!

Marc Jacobs rocked the runway with wild tights, mixing fabrics, and a little Mad Men style.

Milly is always feminine and girly but, for Fall the styles are nostalgic of decades past with fedoras, long gloves, maxi dresses.

Halston gets better and better as the years go by. While they always keep some of the long sleek classics from season to season, they have added a wide variety of colors with new silhouettes.

I always love Alice + Olivia for their glitz and glam in every collection. I wanted to put each and every piece on my blog because I was so in love, but had to choose just a few.

White Hott

Although there is still white on the ground and everywhere else we look, this color is a must for the upcoming trend season! I know some people hate white because it makes them look “larger” I beg to differ with that. Why not try it out on a piece of clothing that flatters your figure like a blazer or a even a pair of shoes!

I am dying to get my hands on a white boyfriend blazer that doesn’t break the bank, I love this version by Haute Hippie

Blouses are a subtle way to wear this color, there are so many different options and styles and can be worn to work or for pretty much any occasion

This Theory button-up would look great tucked into a pair of black trousers or skinny pants

For a more comfy, easy day look throw on a plain white tee. Long-sleeved, short-sleeved get one of each!

White pants are tricky and many dare to dabble with them, but as long as you don't have standout panty lines or choose a size too small your good to go

In fashion, Spring is right around the corner! In the real world, we are shivering and trenching through the snow in our favorite pair of snow boots. Why not atleast take a look at what the designers have in store for us and imagine somewhere sunny and warm.

This Karian Grimaldi top is a great option for the work week. Its flowy, comfortable, and has an interesting pattern to spice up a boring day.

Femme Frills

Recently I have been seeing alot of rough around the edges kind of looks for women and not so much of the pretty pink romantic look. Although I have seen a mixture of the two! For example a black tutu, pretty but a little punk rock at the same time. One of my favorite designers William Rast does this very well from season to season with designing with femininity in mind, but still throwing in some leather and denim.

Add a little sexiness to an outfit with these leather fingerless gloves by Juicy Couture or lace leggings!
Sex it up for night with this lace bustier. Pair it with jeans and a cropped jacket over it and a pair of leopard print pumps

Nicole Richie is my number one style icon and since she started her own clothing line, Winter Kate and her jewelry line, House of Harlow 1960 I have been in fashion heaven! I wish I could have every piece of the clothing line. She designs with a vintage/retro throwback and a fashion forward edge, but the different pieces can also be a part of your wardrobe for years to come.

This “Anais” dress is one of my absolute favorites! It’s sophisticated, classy, and a little oriental with lace pattern detail. Perfect for date night or any dressier affair.

The “Devi” dress and the “Dixie” remind me of a 70’s go-go dancer, in a good way. Both styles come in various colors and look super cute with booties or a suede over-the knee-boot. Wear your hair down for a sexy style or wear it in a low pony for a more playful look.

The Gemma jacket is perfect for all year round style and is a perfect day to night piece for the work week.

Every season she comes out with new versions of her cardigans and kimonos. My two picks are the Jasmine velvet cardi and the Jemma Kimono cardi.

I love some winter whites and rosey pink colors once the snow hits the Midwest. Skirts to the Max

Usually every week I write about a trend or something in the fashion world that I love or think others should own, but this particular blog post will be dedicated to the not so attractive MAXI SKIRT! Maybe it’s because I am short and could never pull this off or the fact that it reminds me of Little House on the Prairie, these things are pretty awful. There is one exception, if you are a tall and stick thin model, then you have my permission to rock this trend. Take a look!

I love Haute Hippie, but this skirt is a bad mix of a tu-tu and a gypsy skirt all in one bad garment.

LAMB makes this long pencil skirt which is perfect for work with a shirt tucked in and a pair of heels. Make sure to keep you’re body type in mind!

These next 4 pieces are so ugly I just don’t get it. The first one is by LNA, another brand I adore but went wrong with this skirt.

This glimmery velvet skirt by MINKPINK is not how anyone should wear the velvet trend this season.

This Kimberly Ovitz velvet skirt is a better choice if the long skirt thing is your cup of tea.

And everyone knows I love bohemian flare, but this Opening Ceremony fringe skirt is cut-off in a weird place and all wrong.

Rachel Pally makes this feather/watercolor print maxi skirt that looks like the bad trends of the 70’s.

I actually do like this Rachel Roy skirt because of the sophistication that was put into it. Wear this to a ball, gala, classy holiday event, or any other special occasion.

I think that Rag and Bone took some notes from Marc Jacobs with these northern style, equestrian skirts. I like them on certain people, but mostly only when Marc has them walking the runways!

Give Em' the Boot

Every girl gets excited about one thing especially when the cold weather hits, BOOTS! You can’t ever have too many and if you could you would take one in each color of your favorite style. I have chosen my favorite few and would love to have them all to myself all Winter long!

The holiday season brings sparkly stunners in many forms every year. Be it an ornament, glitzy garland, or sequins in every aspect of a woman’s wardrobe! Yes, depending on how far you want to take the look you may have to be someone who likes a little risk in fashion, and I am proud to say I am one of those girls…the riskier the better!

That all being said, I am not willing to go as far as these Gaga-esque Derek Lam sequin booties, crazy yet fun!

One designer that loves sequins anytime of year is Alice + Olivia. The current collection in 95% sequins and fabulosity! Dresses, cardigans, blazers, you name it; it’s a part of the collection:

Bundle up with these flowy jackets that may seem well, a little Robin Hood and his merry men, but I love me some cape action! There isn’t just one type of these fashionable street wear pieces to rock, there is a variety so that you can pick whichever one suits you the best. I picked my favorites and hopefully you can find one that makes you melt within these top picks!

This cape by See by Chloe is more of a jacket type cape that would be perfect for walking the streets for a day of shopping or just worn to work.

I’m loving this deep camel colored Nanette Lepore version…so chic!

Vena Cava makes a wrap cape jacket that is a little more casual, but I would consider it to be bordering more onto the poncho side than the cape side.

Want to work the trend but with a more lighter option? Try a cape or “ballet” sweater or tee…so trendy and feminine!

A Spectacle in Stripes

Although the temperature outside has dropped, it doesn’t mean that the trends in fashion have gotten any warmer. Surprisingly, the mini is back and bigger than ever in so many different variations! Opt for a style with billowy sleeves, one shoulder, no shoulders, v-neck, or long sleeve and tight fit. Whichever style you find is the chosen one for you, as long as it’s mini, it’s HOTT!

M Missoni makes this asymmetrical neckline crocodile print dress that is uber sexy and comes in a fiery redish orange or a more casual brownish grey color…I love them both!

In need of a dazzling dress for an upcoming event or even a holiday party in the future? Then look no further than the Sex and the City casts’ favorite lower end version of a higher end design house, Halston Heritage. This one shoulder black sequin dress screams holiday attire! If you don’t want to be that flashy this tunic mini by the designer is great for just about any affair.

You've Ruffled My Feathers

Fashion is a flutter right now with feathers! If you are looking to make a statement and have someone notice how stunning you look, then get your hands on anything with a little added birdy touch. From skirts to capes, to shirts to scarves , feathers are on just about everything from minimal to extreme the choice is yours!
Every season Elizabeth and James has feather detail in at least one piece of the collection, but this time around they have paid homage to this trend with a couple pieces. My favorite is the ostrich feather skirt. Perfect for a glamorous Saturday night out! Add a cute pair of boots or any edgy type of shoe and a toned down top and step out on the town.

This strapless dress with feather detailing on the bottom is great for any holiday party you have coming up in the next couple of months or a night filled with dancing!

Choose this feather boyfriend blazer (which I am so completely in love with) for a little extra excitement at work or anything “business casual” where you want to professional, but fashion forward.

There are so many dress and skirt choices to wear to any occasion this season. For example, this beaded feather dress by Sue Wong or this dress by Badgley Mischka.

Marchesa is never a design house to disappoint and Georgina Chapman has used two trends; the mini and feathers all in one dress:

Alice + Olivia and Robert Rodriguez each have two different styles of skirts, both beautiful!

Haute Hippie has a version that is similar and much more affordable than all those high end designers:

Jason Wu has stolen my heart ever since he arrived on the fashion scene a few years ago. His collection for Fall 2010 has this sophisticated and feminize feather top that would look perfect tucked into a sleek black trouser, skirt, or trouser shorts and tights.

A vest in any form is always a necessity for the colder weather and a more casual option.

It’s about that time to stock up on hats, scarves, and anything that can keep you cozy when concurring the great outdoors, but that doesn’t mean you have to dress like your going skiing or climbing Mt. Everest. Throw on a scarf or cape to keep the glam going.

For those bad hair days or when your ensemble needs that extra oomph, add a feather fedora!

Now go out, gather your flock of friends and grab whichever piece matches your personal style!

Knitty, Knitty, Bang, Bang

The chilly weather has officially arrived and Fall is just a few days away! So you know what that means in the Midwest…SWEATERS and chunky ones at that. It’s time to cozy up in these snuggly pieces and layer as you like underneath. Start getting excited for the chunky knit cardigans, fun scarves, and my favorite must have in the knit category; the poncho.

This bulky, fringe cardigan by Camilla and Marc is edgy, yet a little dressier than your everyday cardigan. I would drop the money on this right now, but seeing as I am just over 5 feet tall I think I may look a little like a furry stuffed animal if I wore this.

The newest accessory that I have seen this season in knits is a fabulous mess of a scarf called the “Maxi Scarf”. It sort of looks like a bunch of dreadlocks slung around your neck, but with a very simple colored top it would be a complete outfit in seconds.

If your not one to jump at the sight of said maxi scarf, go for last year’s must-have which is the infinity scarf. This bundle of yarn is still very much on trend and is a great way to stay warm.

I also still really like the knit Uggs. They come out with a new style every year but, this shorter, beige pair are just what the doctor ordered:

Looking for one more way to fit this trend in as an accessory? Try a knit newsboy hat! Great for a bad hair day and strong enough to stay on during the windier days.

A lot of times knit sweaters tend to stay on the earth tone color palette, so throw a little color into your wardrobe with an off the shoulder version in an eye catching color. This one by Catherine Malandrino is the perfect option:

I am also a fan of anything you can wrap yourself into when you’re running errands or walking in the blustery weather. This draped cardigan or this cape by See by Chloe will do the trick!

If only I could get my hands on this gorgeous Missoni poncho…paired with dark skinnys and amazing brown boots it’s a perfect city ensemble.

Again, if you wanted to add a little more color, this See by Chloe poncho has a rainbow of colors to brighten a rainy day.

Stella McCartney makes this luxe grey zip-up sweater that is practical for everyday, yet could be worn with jewelry, skinnys, and a hott pair of black booties for night!

Tweed Me

Calling Chanel! The fabric that made Coco Chanel most famous is one of the top 5 trends right now. Luckily if you don’t want to strut around in the classic tweed two piece suit, there are a ton of other fantastic options!

If your looking to go more casual with this trend opt for a hat, scarve, or a pair of edgy fingerless gloves.

My favorite ways to work these fabulous intertwined yarns is in sweater or jacket form. I love this one by Alexander McQueen. It can be worn to pretty much any occasion imaginable!

Free People and Torn by Ronny Kobo also make a less expensive and lighter option.

Want to change up the plain old powersuit at the office for something a little more fashion forward? Try a longer tweed jacket in black and grey or choose something with a little more color and pair it with dress pants or a skirt.

You can even take tweed below the waist! This high waisted Rachel Roy option is sharp,yet sassy!

An Emmy for the Best Dressed

It’s that time again; award show season! That for me, means dvr-ing the E! pre-show and getting half way through and deleting the actual show because I am so bored. The fashion and extravagant gowns is what I get giddy for! Here are a few that I thought deserved a few stylish pats on the back…

Brooke Burke is always beautiful and looks like a busty angel in this white sweetheart neck, up to there dress! Her tousled locks and statement necklace add the perfect finishing touches to the ensemble.

I am not sure where Claire Danes has been for the past decade, but we all noticed her in a big way when she stepped onto the red carpet in this glitzy Giorgio Armani Prive gown, stunning!

I had to take a few looks at this one in order to decide what I thought about it and I came to the conclusion that I love it. It has such a reminiscence of the good old days of riding in a carriage through the town. All she needs is a pretty parasol to twirl around as she walks, in one word…Exquisite.

Eva Longoria Parker 95% of the time gets it all right and she did once again in this all black Robert Rodriguez gown. The top half part is sort of like a corset and the entire bottom including the train is made up of small rosettes, super elegant!

Okay, no I do not think this dress was Emmy appropriate whatsoever, but I did love this Marchesa mini! It would be better if worn to a movie/series premiere.

Although, for some reason I do not like Lea Michelle her stylist hit the jackpot with this royal blue, winding staircase of ruffles gown by Oscar De La Renta. It fits her like a glove and this color always look jaw dropping on a brunette.

Lastly, this one is my personal pick for BEST dressed, Nina Dobrev in Zuhair Murad. She looks like a glistening glass of expensive champagne! The crinkled fabric mixed with the shiny fabric underneath creates dimension and the way the one shoulder wraps around gives it a high-end toga look, dazzling!

It’s fake and it’s fabulous!! Faux is here and back in action in everything from boots to handbags to full on fur jackets. I love that fake is in for once in the fashion world because I do not approve of the use of real animal fur, not nice! There are so many rockin’ options you have to pick from to either go full on furry or just a little peek… choose your favorite and strut!

Start out with just a little touch of faux, with a warm luxe stole or a cozy trapper hat for the cold, windy weather!

Wanna get your hands on some perfect fashion forward outerwear? Parkas are literally EVERYWHERE already and almost every one has a little bit of fur for some added detail. This one by Rebecca Taylor is perfection:

And leopard is pretty much my new obsession right now. In the past I have sort of dreaded the look, as it reminded me of a trashy L.A. blonde type, but I have to say I’ve come around and am drooling over this Alice + Olivia jacket:

I really love this Loeffler Randall jacket that combines two of this season’s biggest trends; Fur and military.

Bomber jackets are a staple for a casual look and look awesome with a pair of jeans and a pair of your favorite combat boots.

Rachel Zoe has a bazillion different versions, and if you can afford it, why not! I’m talking about the oh so coveted fur vest. Alice +Olivia is all about the fuzziness right now and they make jaws drop with this GORGEOUS peacock looking version and this more exotic take on the leopard print:

If your not willing to be that daring go for the more classic style with this MICHAEL by Michael Kors piece:

What girl doesn’t love to have an amazing pair of stand-out shoes! Christian Louboutin is never a man to disappoint his red heeled loving woman, just look at this furry pair of booties he has designed for the Fall/Winter….I’m speechless.

If you aren’t really into something that outrageous, a more casual pair of shearling or wedge booties will do the trick!

Fashion In Da Northwoods

One of my favorite times of the year is when the September issues of all the fashion magazines show up at my apartment. Fall fashion is my absolute favorite, so many things to add to my wishlist and not enough money to buy it all! Cozy knits, flannels, boots of all heights, and warm parkas are MUSTS!

This flannel jacket by BB Dakota is such a great way to keep warm during the chilly months and not too pricey! I would slip on a pair of gray or tan knit fingerless gloves to complete the look.

You could probably buy any boot in any color, size, any added detail, and you’d be right on trend. Boots are a necessity and we have the freedom to pick and choose our favorites this time around. I love a comfy brown riding boot like these:

Want a dressier style? This suede mid heel pair by Giuseppe Zanotti would look hott with a pair of dark skinny jeans tucked in or with a sexy dress or skirt.

Every girl needs and over-the-knee boot, high-heeled, flat, or one of each!

I also love this one by Torn by Ronny Kobo. It’s the perfect piece to keep you warm and would look amazing with a pair of skinny green cargo pants, or skinny jeans and a pair of rugged boots!

A wool fedora is final touch to the stylish northwoods look!

The best designer EVER Marc Jacobs is totally hunter-esque for Fall as well as everything he has designed for the Louis Vuitton collection. I love this flannel Marc by Marc Jacobs shirt and this twill cargo dress. Add a little edge to the dress with a pair of lace-up combat boots!

Walk through the wildnerness with another season staple, the poncho. Opt for a hooded version, sweater or jacket and wear it with a straight let and tighter fit bottom to keep the silhouette well proportioned. This M Missoni hooded poncho jacket is my favorite:

Pretty, Pretty PRINTcess

I always look for fun prints when I’m shopping in a store or online because they make any outfit seem like there was more effort put into it than there really was; something that is ALWAYS a plus for the girl on the go! These complicated fabrics never seem to go away but are back in a huge way right now!

This different colored leopard print BCBG dress is a perfect cocktail dress or for a wedding reception!

A brand that I have really come to love and check-in on every time they come out with new pieces is Blu Moon. They have a feminine, yet boho take to everything they create which is what I LOVE! This dress is so easy to just throw on when you don’t have a lot of time but still want to look great:

Some of the new pieces in Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsens high-end fashion line, Elizabeth & James are starting to resemble Nicole Richie’s Winter Kate collection. (last two pictures below, Jasmine cardigan and Lily top by Winter Kate for comparison). I like these two pieces they have for Fall, but come on girls you have to think of your own designs.

Prints have even made their way into accessories; from shoes, to cuffs, and necklaces. I really like these tribal, yet gladiator looking thong sandals by Becca Moon.

And of course I love the new House of Harlow jewelry which is all about the tribal print!

I thought this earthy, rock inspired top by Helmut Lang was different and really liked the unique neckline. This could be worn casual or dressy, your choice!

Like a Giddy Prep School Girl!

Even though I went to a Catholic college, I never dressed like a typical Catholic school girl. This Fall if I was still in school, I could dress the part and be on trend as well! Prep attire is back with the same styles as a few years back, along with a few new added looks to keep the trends fresh. I’ve chosen a few of the things I think every preppy “It” girl should own to feel smart and studious!

What better way to dress the part than with sweaters of various sorts! I love oversize cardigans especially as transitional pieces to layer into the colder seasons. This one by Madewell is a great earth tone color and the perfect length as well.

Go a little more nautical with this blue and white cardi or a shorter cropped style!

This Rugby by Ralph Lauren sweater is the picture of private school:

Another great way to rock a sweater is to add a sweater vest over a colored shirt, polo, dress, or tighter fit sweater.

My best friend and I were shopping last weekend at Forever 21 and we saw this Harvard Dad sweatshirt and both really loved it, even though neither of us ever went to Harvard we thought it may be fun to pretend we did!

Now what will you carry your belongings in while walking those busy halls in between classes along with all your books? My favorite designer, Marc Jacobs has a great option with this tan turnlock bag.

Oxfords in all heights and colors are so HOTT right now! I recommend one in a heel/bootie style and a pair of flats. These suede oxford pumps by Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent are great for work, a casual day, and even a dressier affair.

As I was shopping at the mall last week (which I prefer not to do very often because of the unoriginality of it all) I noticed that every store had an immense amount of military/army inspired pieces. Some things were cute and others were a little too G.I Jane for me, but nonetheless I have found some pieces that I wouldn’t mind going to bootcamp in.

For a more dressed up look of this trend, this top by Alice + Olivia is perfect with a pair of black shorts or pants and a patent, nude heel!

Need something to carry your girly military essentials in? Go for this Botkier bag for a little more stylish look or for more casual look sling on this army messenger.

I absolutely love this double tier cargo skirt! I would pair it with a white tank or a white flutter sleeve tee tucked in. Add some gold jewelry and the perfect pair of shoes and you’ll be one HOTT soldier!

My Pre-Fall’s Most Wanted!

Every year we go through a few awkward weeks of weather between the end of Summer and beginning of Fall. In the fashion world, this is where one needs to have a few great “transitional” pieces in their wardrobe and oh believe me, my list is already much longer than I could ever afford. But that’s the thing, in fashion you can create and imagine looks that you may or may not have the ability to have in your wardrobe.

Animal prints are HUGE for the end of Summer and my prediction is that they will carry on into some of the Fall season. I love this leopard print tank! It looks great with cut-offs, any black color bottoms, skinny jeans, and with a cardigan or cropped leather jacket over it.

At some point I have to buy these Curret/Elliot cargo “Captain Trousers”. They are so versatile, comfortable, and can easily be dressed up or down with the change of a top or accessories. Siwy also makes a great pair that is a little more expensive for the new season.

Pretty much EVERY shoe in Jeffrey Campbell’s collection lately is a must for me. If I had to pick my three favorites they would be this “Tick Wedge Bootie” and the “Wishlist Boot”. The wedges can be worn with tights, skinny jeans, and even an edgier dress. The boots would look great with leggings, skinnys, or a casual grundge-type dress! I did have a chance to purchase these “Woodie” clogs and they could not be more comfortable. They also go with virtually everything!

The handbag every woman must have, that is actually a wardrobe staple is a stylish messenger bag. The two I recommend are this Linea Pelle studded black leather bag and this fabulous fringe messenger by Tory Burch.

Acid wash jeans are so 80’s but I love them for the rocker look they give off. I suggest only buying a pair of skinny acid or mineral wash to keep the look slimming. Slip on a pair of those Tick Wedge Booties I talked about earlier and you’ll be one stylish stunna!

For a more bohemian style, scoop up a pair of rugged patchwork jeans like these from Jey by John Eshaya.

Now there has to be something from my two recent favorite basic, casual clothing lines; LnA and Wildfox. No matter what color you choose an off-the-shoulder sweater is something you need as a transitional piece. Perfect for the girl on the go! No matter what the season, bohemian style is always around and on trend! This specific style is my personal favorite because of the casual and wide variety of options in this fashion category. It always makes me want to go to Coachella in California which I have yet to go to…someday!

One of my style icons, Nicole Richie is the queen of boho chic and wears it effortlessly. You can dress it up or down and layer to your hearts desire. I love how she pairs this flowy Winter Kate top from her own line with a vest, denim shorts, and black tights...adorable!

One brand I have newly discovered is Blue Moon. They mostly have bohemian pieces that are priced around a contemporary level. This top is very gypsy-esque, great for a hot Summer day.

She's Always Buzzin' Just Like Neon

Has anyone happen to notice that lately in every store, magazine, or reality show there is a huge presence of 1980’s fashion? If not, then I am here to inform you that it is literally EVERYWHERE! Don’t get me wrong I love me a little 80’s Saved by the Bell throwback style, but when I start seeing scrunchies, that’s when I draw the line.

One of the places you can find about 95% 80’s trends is American Apparel. I was hot and cold with this franchise for a while, but recently I have come to love it! A few weeks back I purchased this sort of “Dad” looking sweater as I like to call it. Looks great with a pair of cut offs or a pair of skinnys.

Speaking of scrunchies, for anyone out there that doesn’t know what one is here is said scunchie, yuck!

These bright denim shorts are so fun and I feel like the model in the picture makes them look a little like long butt jeans, but on the appropriate body type they would look fantastic!

Though I was born at the end of the 80’s decade, I have many pictures of me rocking some sort of tie-dye ensemble and I still like it despite the fact that most people detest this look. This Gypsy raglan cropped sweater is a favorite with just a hint of tie-dye on each sleeve.

If you wanted to go all the way and get a little crazy with the trend go for this psychedelic raglan top by Gypsy also.

Now again, if these high-waisted denim shorts were styled a little differently I think they would be adorable! Dress them up or down.

Another high-waisted option is the skirt. With the denim and fun color choices this screams Kelly Kapowski!

As I have said before I LOVE Wildfox and LNA and they both happen to carry many 80’s options. I need to get my hands on a Wildfox tee soon before I have a breakdown. This “Madonna” tee as they call it, is pretty damn cute and would look great with a pair of leggings or just shorts under it. I’m guessing the cross on the shirt is referencing the “Like a Virgin” song.

This Wildfox tube dress is a little ridiculous for me. Lisa Turtle would put this one on Daddy’s Visa card for sure.

LNA does a lot of cropped tops like this striped pocket tee, 80’s grunge!

I was recently in Miami, Florida with one of my best friends shopping on Ocean Drive and came across a boutique store called LF Stores. Turns out they have a few locations around the country and I wish they had a website because the 80’s trends in that place were off the wall! I mean that in a good way, I seriously wanted everything in the store. They have great bohemian chic pieces too!

It has taken me a while to actually admit I like how animal prints and references are used in every aspect of the fashion realm. I think it has something to do with the fact that designers and brands have stepped in up and broken away from the typical skimpy leopard print ensembles that are shall we say, a little stripper-esque? I have done my research and found some fabulous pieces that will take you into the wild!

I am LOVING this brighter take on the leopard print in this dress by Diane Von Furstenberg. Perfect for a night out with a simple, but stunning pair of heels!

For a more casual affair I love this romper also by Diane Von Furstenberg with a pair of gladiator sandal; also, throw on a fedora for a chic day look!

And this long beachy dress by the designer is picture perfect for those hott summer nights!

This snakeskin inspired diagonal/off-the-shoulder dress by Laila Azhar is also perfect for a dressier occasion or for when you want to vamp-up the sexy factor a bit!

This other take on the faux snake skin look by Rachel Roy is a dress up or dress down top. Pair it with a pair of black or tan shorts or slip on some Daisy Dukes for a simple, laid back look.

Now since I am a vegan I have to mention the animal friendly fashion. Recently I went to a vegan fashion show/event in Chicago and discovered a designer brand called, Vaute Couture. They are an eco-friendly, animal friendly brand and I am now obsessed! I looove these tanks, so cute and affordably priced!

They make great jackets for the colder weather and the most adorable flirty dresses that are a new addition for the company.

Skin tones galore is what I’ve been seeing in every store and every fashion magazine. I haven’t seen the trend pick up so much on the streets as of yet, but hopefully this week’s blog will inspire you to go walk around in the nude!

Although we are in the warmer months of the year, being outside by the lake or outside at night can get a little chilly so a girl needs a cute way to warm up; a cropped bomber jacket is the answer! This nude bomber is perfect to put on over a dress, tank and shorts or a fun summer romper, very Top Gun.

Summer's Most Wanted

Since we’re officially in full force Summer mode, I decided to dedicate this week’s blog post to my favorite things of the season. I had to of course, cut my Christmas-like list off at some point so this is just a snippet of what I would compare of the MUST-HAVES!

Tie-dye is oh so prevalent on the runway this season and the trend has trickled down onto the streets! I love this Blu Moon dress because of the casual yet dressy factor; always a plus when it comes to a girl on a stylish budget.

I didn’t think the day would come when I would say, “oh my God I love this crop top!” but I am obsessed in all tops that are cut short; long sleeve or short sleeve get one! I have recently started to explore the brand LNA and am hooked. This top from them is so Cali girl and easy everyday.

Must-have hand bag: medium sized crossbody bag of ANY kind! This one by Madewell is my ideal.

No shopping list of mine would be complete with out “House of Harlow” or “Winter Kate” in the text. If this shoe goes on sale and they still have it in my size, it’s a done deal! And same goes for this Opy jacket. Needless to say these are a necessity to complete my clothing cravings.

These fabulous clogs I can actually say I own! Jeffrey Campbell managed to make an amazing, high-heeled clog that is COMFORTABLE; love them with pretty much anything!

Military inspiration seems to be on trend all year-round lately and these J Brand Houlihan twill cargos are so darn HOTT! Pair them with a white off-the-shoulder lightweight tee like this one by Nightcap and some wedges and your set.

I personally have one too many pairs of sunglasses and don’t even wear half off them anymore, but you need one perfect pair of “stunna shades” as I like to call them, that are your go-to pair. Marc by Marc Jacobs is always a safe choice, like this pair of retro shades by Mr. Marc Jacobs!

Bohemian is one of my favorite styles to wear any day of the year. So easy to throw on and looks great without trying too hard. We know knits are always around during the Fall and Winter, but now we can strut our stuff in lighter crochet knits for the Summer, YAY! Grab anything in this trend from hats, dresses, tops, and even shoes!

One accessory I think EVERY girl needs no matter the temp outside, is a crochet knit beret. Any color you want, just get one!!

This dress by Bridit Catiis is a great go-to! Wear it to a casual wedding, outdoor event, or slip in on over a swimsuit and wear it to the beach:

If you haven’t noticed by now, I really love VESTS!! Any material, color, or style BUT to keep with this trend, this particular one is so different and a fun new way to play with this look:

Another trend that I could buy a TON of this season is the off-the-shoulder trend. If this knit Foley + Corinna top were a little less pricey, I would have it on right now! It gives off a laid back vibe but still keeps the sexiness at the same time.

Free People is a great brand to grab anything that is boho-style and this cami can be worn as a more casual day piece, or wear it at night to an event where dressing up is NOT required.

This crochet dress by Herve Leger was a little unexpected coming from the designer who usually only does the “bandage” style dresses, but you can see a resemblance to his signature pieces in this UBER-SEXY ensemble! Wear it on a hott date OR for a night out of cocktails trying to pick-up a future date!

These two tanks I love paired with black shorts, black pants, denim shorts, or jeans. They are so versatile, making them a great top to take from day to night in a flash!

Let’s finish this off with some fabulous footwear. I have to say that I usually don’t like the sight of the typical, overly trendy “Tory Burch Ballet Flats” but these are out of the ordinary and I would love a pair. Props to Tory Burch for changing it up and designing for the boho lovers!

This versatile indigo fabric has been around FOREVER and is without a doubt going to be in the fashion world until the end of time. How awesome is it that it can be used in anything from shoes to tops and even handbags! Every year denim is around, but is much more of a HOTT commodity this Summer! The following are what you MUST HAVE in your “It Girl” wardrobe NOW, denim obsession!

For me I love, love, love Bermuda shorts! They seem to be really flattering on me since I am a little vertically challenge (only 5’ 2” tall). I like them in a medium wash and are best when they look a little worn in and rugged, but are all great for an EASY casual look!

I have always loved the Daisy Duke cut off look because it’s so country yet SEXY at the same time! Rock them with a simple pair of flip flops and cropped tee or a boyfriend tank and a great pair of short cowboy boots! I am also craving a pair of colored denim shorts or printed denim…change it up from the typical blue jean blues and have FUN with it!!

This line of Alexander Wang handbags is a little more affordable than his usual extremely high priced pieces and I love the everyday look of them! They are meant to look like denim, but are actually made out of cotton and jersey which is great because like a pair of jeans, they can be worn with absolutely ANYTHING!!

For about two months now I have been trying to get my hands on the perfect denim shirt that is under $100, but so far I have not succeeded…sad. BUT I think while writing this particular blog I have finally found the winner at Topshop. These are some examples of the best way to wear this masculine yet feminine trend, ah how I wish I could have one of EACH!

Gotta love ROMPERS in any style! To me, denim rompers have a sort of innocence to them that you don’t get with any other kind and this Nanette Lepore one is a MUST-HAVE!

Now, I actually thought these were not going to come back for at least a few years, but jean jackets are a staple this season and look really great over a cute little day dress or opt for a cropped denim jacket and throw it on over a long maxi. Perfect for those bonfires on a cool Summer night!

And we can’t forget about the classic pair of jeans. My favorite denim designer is William Rast! I probably have around 5 or 6 pairs thanks to sample sale sites like Gilt and Hautelook. They are the BEST fit and don’t wear out like many other brands. I love the “Belle flair flap pocket” style in any given wash, incredibly FLATTERING on the booty! If you don’t want to wear the typical leggings or a pair of tight and stiff skinny jeans try the “jegging” it’s just like a skinny jean, but with the added comfort of a stretchy legging!

The next best thing to the Met Ball is the yearly Cannes Film Festival! Celebs come dressed to the nines to either promote their movies, or just to have another excuse to look fabulous. This year was no disappointment although there were probably a few more flops than fab…here are a few that left me saying sweet Lady Gaga!

Cate Blanchett drew attention in this dress by the late Alexander Mcqueen with it’s billowy white tulle and the oriental bird design. I for one was not crazy about this dress like most people were, but I can’t ever honestly say that Alexander Mcqueen has ever done wrong!

You don’t see her much in movies or at events anymore, but it was like Naomi Watts had never left the lime light when she showed up in a gorgeous cream colored dress by Gucci:

Gucci was everywhere at Cannes this year and just so happened to be the pieces I was immediately drawn to! Kate Beckinsale is always style icon on or off the red carpet and this is one of my favorite dresses she has worn thus far! Later in the week at the film festival she made jaws drop in this pink mauve Temperley London dress with asymmetric detail…Grecian princess!

Now, not everyone can look great no matter how hard they try…exhibit A, Lindsay Lohan! She is one of the hottest messes in young Hollywood and this dress and the hairstyle choice with the dress just did not go! It would be nice to see her looking elegant in a longer, feminine piece for once.

For any big event that involves celebrities and a red carpet, one of the BEST designer labels is Marchesa! Georgina Chapman is THE designer to go to if you want feminine frills and subtle sexiness. Kate Beckinsale again gets it right once again in long periwinkle and feathered tulle gown by the designer.

Eva Longoria is another gorgeous actress who rarely makes any sort of style faux pas and rocked it in this shimmery Naeem Khan dress with a gorgeous train! Her skin tone and perfect features make the dress a winner!

Finally, Camilla Belle stays out of the spotlight most of the time but is ALWAYS recognized for her remarkable fashion sense. If only I had the bank account to front the money for this Gucci mini adorned with Swarovski crystals. So jealous of this girl!

With the sequel to the first Sex and the City movie approaching rapidly, I couldn’t help but notice that the current trends and styles are reflecting each character of the best television series there ever was! Since the girls head to Morocco for a better part of the new movie, there is a HUGE prevalence of Middle Eastern style like one shoulder tops, tunics, and embellishment of sequins and beads. Although most of us can’t afford the reported $22,000 outfits (that is for just ONE look!) at least there are knock-offs that are still quality and SOO SEXY!

Let’s start with the most innocent and conservative style, “the Charlotte”. She always has such an elegant Jackie O/Audrey Hepburn-esque look. She Never shows too much skin, nothing too bold, and loves feminine details! This DKNY dress reminded me of something Charlotte would have worn in the earlier seasons while working at the art gallery:

She would most likely wear this two-piece Geren Ford dress to a lunch date with the girls while talking about babies or her love/problems with her husband...

And for a night out she doesn’t go TOO out of her comfort zone, but still looks classic and sexy in a peplum dress like this one:

Now onto the real sexpot of the group, Samantha! When it comes to fashion, she holds NOTHING back…in fact she usually is wearing next to nothing at all! This L.A.M.B dress is a piece that she would most likely wear out to dinner on a date with her flavor of the week (or night) accessorized with a little black clutch or a gold cuff like this one:

This gorgeous Halston Heritage dress looks like something she would be wearing out to dinner with the girl’s in Morocco OR to the opening of the hottest new restaurant in Manhattan!

This gold metallic stunner by Rachel Roy is perfect for Samantha to command the men’s attention as soon as she enters the room. As would this tight/short dress with a low back by Alice + Olivia:

Now onto Miranda, who in my opinion has the most bland and not so daring sense of style of them all. She usually sticks to a feminine take on masculine styles and is always working, so she sticks to classic office staples like a blazer and trousers. BUT when she DOES get a chance to get lunch or go out at night with the girls, she dresses it up with a little more feminine flaire while keeping a longer, more modest ensemble.
This Alexander Wang dress was something I could definitely see Miranda rocking for drinks with the girls and completed with this gold feather cuff:

She will look HOTT but still keep cool while walking through the Moroccan desert in this pretty in pink Moschino Cheap & Chic one shoulder boho style dress OR this colorful maxi dress!

I am completely OBSESSED and in love with this “IT” dress from the movie that people have been getting onto waitlists for. But sadly it’s just a little out of my price range. It so classic, flowy, and can easily be taken from day to night!

Can’t you just picture her sitting poolside with the girls in the kelly green asymmetric cocktail dress? Topped off with a pair of gold FABULOUS aviator style sunnies of course!

So, get those old season’s of Sex and the City (1 through 6 part one & two) like I have and have your best friends over with a bottle of wine for a FASHION fabulous marathon lover!

So, I wanted to dedicate this blog to ogling over my favorite masterpieces from the Met Gala, which to me has better fashion every year than any award show.

This dress that Anne Hathaway wore by Valentino makes her look like she should be back in the Princess Diaries or spinning around in circles in one of those jewelry boxes we all had when we were little and still may have today for the memories and I LOVE IT!
In my eyes Eva Longoria can do no wrong because she is nauseatingly beautiful and she doesn’t disappoint in this Marchesa dress:

Jennifer lopez sometimes takes too much of a chance when it comes to the world of fashion, but this dress by Zuhair Murad and her olive skin are a match made in heaven!

I love this dress! And usually if I just saw the dress I probably wouldn’t look twice, but it is designed by my all time FAVORITE, Marc Jacobs and Nicole Richie is a style icon for me too so what else can I say…

Now I have to say this dress is a disappointment and also made by Marc Jacobs who usually does not get anything wrong, but I was even more upset to see my idol, Rachel Zoe looking so NOT put together….she’s is no doubt still the best of the best!

Sienna Miller always has such a great edgy and boho style all the time which inspires me. This dress by Emilio Pucci she wore at the Met was sort for flapper-esque and a little bohemian at the same time, SEXY!

And lastly, Sarah Jessica Parker in Halston Heritage. She looks gorgeous and Grecian and always makes me think she IS Carrie Bradshaw. I get even MORE excited about the second movie whenever I see her and yes, I have already bought my midnight show tickets.

Now we may not all be as fortunate and wealthy enough to wear these pieces a few times a year to amazing events, but THANKFULLY we have Fred Boutique that has a fully stocked “dress attic” to cater to any occasion you need to go to throughout the year. One of the best parts to the Summer for me is going out on the lake, getting a tan, and being with friends. Around here we can’t really go out on huge yachts, but we can still look fabulous and dress the nautical part all while sipping some cheap bubbly on a boat! The nautical trend seems to come around every other year in one area of the fashion realm, but this Summer we are surrounded by everything sea inspired.
They say horizontal stripes are the least flattering style on anyone no matter how skinny the person is, but I completely DISAGREE! It depends on the colors used and the style of the top. I love this crop nautical strip top from Bop basics it looks great with denim shorts or with a dark denim trouser.

This dressier striped dress by Thread Social is perfect for a beach party, beach wedding or a party on a boat.

Pair it with a pair of tan and white wedge sandals like these Sigerson Morrison pair and your ready to set sail!

This two-piece Thayer dress is a dress that I am OBSESSED with! It is more casual so it can be worn to pretty much anything and with heels or sandals to complete the look.

This top by Charlotte Ronson (who is also an AMAZING designer) looks great when paired with white pants or shorts like these from 7 For all Mankind.

We have to talk accessories because trends are like a story and is never complete without a chapter on accessories! A few years ago the anchor jewelry on necklaces was really popular and it’s back once again and I’m happy to see it. This necklace was featured in the newest People Style Watch and I fell in love with this necklace. The gold and crystal embellishments with the stars along the chain add so much and would look great with striped shorts and a flowy white silk tank.

And what girl doesn't need a handbag?! This messenger bag by Marc by Marc Jacobs is perfect for holding your beach essentials as well as your daily essentials!

Although you may need to have to really concentrate on your balance, you CAN wear wedges and platform heels in the sand or on a boat! This pair by Rosegold are probably the easiest to wear and can be worn for a dressy or casual occasion.

I also LOVE these Michael Kors platform sandals that would look amazing in a hott swimsuit and top it off with a straw hat and a pair of classic Ray Bans and you’re the image of beach PERFECTION!

Now slather on that SPF, grab a cocktail, and get NAUTICAL!!

Country Bumpkin

I have to say I was pretty shocked to see that all of these recent “down on the farm” fashion trends are back for the Spring. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE some of these trends, and others I am shocked that they even allow some of them to walk down any given runway! (cough, long denim skirts, cough). Flannel and plaid are always one of my favs and I love that they are in dress form this season!
Speaking of, I love this James Perse dress and this other one by Juicy Couture. So easy breezy and can be worn with a great pair of flats or short western style boots.

I also like this tie-up plaid top by Splendid, perfect with patchwork or distressed denim to wear to one of the many amazing country concerts this Summer!

Now let me just show you an example of the dreaded Amish looking denim skirts I mentioned before… this one by Nanette Lepore is just not okay! I love her designs, but I may have lost a little respect for her after seeing this hot mess of fabric.

This skirt by Brian Reyes is okay, atleast it has some design to add a little more flaire to it.

This skirt by LaRok skirt is super cute and would look adorable with this Rebecca Taylor eyelet bustier tucked into it.

Pair it with a great pair of cork wedges like these Marc by Marc Jacobs and your ready to grab your partner for a crazy hoe-down!

Shorts are finally in at Fred and we have a pair that look VERY similar to these Sunner shorts but at a fraction of the cost. And we always have a variety of rompers which are great for a comfy day look and other styles that can be worn with some fabulous heels for a night out!

The denim pieces I do like are denim vests and shirts, when worn the right way! I am a HUGE fan of William Rast and no not just because Justin Timberlake is one of the designers. The jeans and tops can be a little pricey but MORE than worth it! Looks great paired with lighter colored denim or a pair of white skinnys!

This denim vest by Genetic denim is the perfect way to a country-up an outfit. I love how it looks with a shorter floral or paisley dress or pair it with a romper as well..yeee haw!

White is the color to wear when trying to feel the country vibe. Whether it just be plain white with ruffled sleeves, white with a floral print, or an eyelet material it can make any girl feel innocent.

This Marc by Marc Jacobs dress is adorable and would look even better paired with a brown or black leather gladiator sandal OR this pair by Elizabeth & James.

This dress by Juicy Couture with a pair of worn in boots like these makes for a great look for day or a casual party.

Pencey has this floral dress you can wear for a dressier event. Slip on a pair of black booties and you’re ready for the night!

Tattered & Worn

Accessories are such an important part to every outfit. I myself have so much fun with this that I have run out of ways and organizational methods to tame the chaos! Right now statement necklaces are still very on trend but in a more heavy metal way. Chains, chains, and MORE chains all meshed together to create a stand-out reaction! They come in silver, gold, silver & gold and some even have pearls and other embellishments to look even more fabulous.These are great for any plain, basic outfit pair with a solid color tank and destroyed bottoms of your choice OR add a blazer to the look for a dressier occasion. Thank God for Fred and our HUGE selection of accessories! We have a variety of lengths, colors, and styles of these rocker-esque must-haves so don’t wait…get one NOW!

Every year and pretty much every season it seems like distressed denim shows up in some form, but now I would say it goes beyond distressed and more like shredded! In all honesty, any one of us could probably just take and old pair of our jeans and cut and shred to our desired amount. But there is something about these mangled bottoms that make me want to give in and buy a pair. This pair by Cheap Monday would be great on the weekends for going out to brunch or running errands.

And these distressed bermuda shorts make me want to grab my flips flops and BIG sunnies and hit the beach!

I REALLY love this pair by Current/Elliot because you could pair them with a dressier top and wear them for a night out or make it more casual with a white top, chain necklace and be totally rocker chic!

These jeans by Madewell are beyond distressed and ripped… they look like they have been thrown in a fire, but I am still oddly drawn to them:

When the warm weather hits, you of course need a few great skirts and this one by Sass & Bide is one of them! Might be a little scandalous with the ripped areas riding a little high, but so sexy and statement making at the same time:

As for dresses in this trend go… sadly I haven’t found many that I really like! I bought one from Topshop last Fall and loved it and got so many compliments on it and it’s pretty awesome that I can still wear it through the Spring.I really like this dress by American Retro, but I feel like it is a more of a transitional from winter to Spring piece….maybe a month or two ago, not approaching May. OR you can buy it now and wear it again in the Fall:

This Alice + Olivia dress is worth the cost since it’s pretty versatile all year round and can be accessorized with various jewelry options and hairstyles and worn over and over again!

We have a few styles of dresses on the second level of our AMAZING store at Fred that are much more appropriate for rocking this trend in the warmer months!

My favorite category of this trend is the tops and lightweight sweaters! They are all flowy, edgy, chic, and easy to slip on and get out the door. RVCA’s newer line by “Erin Wasson X RVCA” is great… this sweater is on my list of “need to buy ASAP” it looks great with skinny jeans, leggings, and even shorts while not being too heavy for the higher temps!

Vests are still a huge trend and in my opinion look the best in the Summer months because it shows off vest and always look better with a tan! This crochet vest by Free People is perfect for music festivals or just for a lunch date:

A Hodgepodge of Romance!

I have to say that I think the trends this Spring are some of my favorites in the past few years. There is a little bit of everything and a lot of different options in every category! I personally don’t love to wear shorts all Summer long so I am happy to see that Bermuda and boyfriend shorts are still fashion forward along with a new style I have never tried before….harem pants! I hated them for the longest time because they reminded me of the 80’s and MC Hammer, but they are actually really comfy and fun to wear. The majority of them come in black too so they are also pretty figure flattering.

Another trend that I have been really inspired by are feminine corsets or “bustiers”. No, I’m not talking about the corsets girl’s put on for a night of dirty dancing at club on a Saturday night. You CAN go out without looking like your trying out for the next Jersey Shore (See picture below. Sadly, this type of clothing is sold in the Milwaukee area). Pair the prettier corsets with skinny jeans, boyfriend jeans, or even harem pants and they can be worn from day to night! For going out just slip on a great leather jacket over it and your ready to go. This L.A.M.B corset and See by Chloe corset are two of my favs!

Again, my obsession with all that Nicole Richie designs continues with her branching out into clothing with Winter Kate. I love just about everything in the Spring line, but I am in desperate need of this “Opy jacket” or the “Jasmine feather print wrap”. These are so lightweight and incredibly easy to slip on for a dinner date with your man or girlfriends OR just to run errands in! Fred ALWAYS has great, comfy wraps in store both casual and dressy at a GREAT PRICE!!

I saw these about a week ago in the new Elle magazine and I only wished they were a fraction of the cost. The new Miu Miu floral print silk duchesse maryjanes would make any girl feel young and pretty! I’m just hoping I can find a pair similar that are less expensive because they are a must-have in my overflowing closet of shoes! AND since we have had so many people ask if we have shoes at Fred, they are now coming back by popular demand! Look for FABULOUS new styles in the next few weeks!!

It’s great that the shorts this season come in so many varieties and fabric. Finally we can get away from the plain old distressed denim shorts that seem to be on trend every year! Don’t get me wrong, I think they are a great standby, but come on let’s bring in something new to change it up. I love these ADAM silk shorts for the fun print and feminine touch it has. These See by Chloe lingerie shorts are also great for a dressier occasion or a night out!

Let’s finish off all this romantic fashion stuff with pearls! They are classic, pretty, and never go out of style. The trend this season in pearls is MORE IS MORE and I love it!! My favorite styles are long strands that can be wrapped around once or twice or a style with silver chains and other necklace in one to create a statement piece! Spring Fever!

We all know that although Milwaukee is a city, it is still just a small town. Everyone knows everybody and they all start to dress the same too! I think it's time we put a stop to this and start putting a little more thought into our outfits no matter what the occasion. In my past 5 years working in the wonderful world of retail my taste and passion for the perfect outfit for any given situation is always on my mind. I have recently graduated a 4 year college with a major in Fashion Merchandise Management and a minor in Business Administration. Throughout my weekly blogs I hope that you will find the inspiration and eventually get as excited about a new monthly fashion magazine arriving in your mailbox as I do!

With the weather slowly starting to warm up I am already in full warm weather buying mode! Yes, it’s probably not the best thing since times are still tough, but it’s a problem I love to have. I’ve ripped out pages and pages from this season’s fashion magazines and have scaled my enormous list down to what I think every women needs to have in their closet this season!
First, jeans of course! I need a pair of boyfriends. No they aren’t some new style/trend in denim, but they are back this Spring in an even bigger way. I still am dying for the Current Elliot boyfriend jeans, but they are a little too pricey, so these 7 For All Man Kind pair are a great comparison for a better price!

I am also craving a great pair of moto jeans! I am a huge fan of Joe’s jeans because of their fit and reasonable prices. Fred has TONS of different styles in a wide range of sizes and fits at a great price and the quality to back it up!

Next, Instead of listing every single piece I want I will just say this, HOUSE OF HARLOW! Nicole Richie has definitely done herself a favor by ditching her Simple Life days and stepping into her own as an amazing boho accessory designer. I currently and sadly only own 2 pieces from her jewelry line, but if possible I would own them all!! These two necklaces are my must-haves for spring:

Nautical stripes seem to be one of the trends you need to have in some way over any other trend this Spring. I love a great white and blue striped thin knit top or an off the shoulder tee. This blazer is a great day-to-night piece as a part of this sailor inspired trend.

Marc by Marc Jacobs is one of my most loved designer brands and this entire outfit is such a great combo of transition pieces and automatically take you to a sunny day out on the yacht, love it!

Tribal is once again back for 2010. It can go in so many directions and work on anything from dresses, tanks, accessories, and jackets. I give bonus points to Zoe Saldana’s stylist for the Directors Guild of America Awards. This is an edgy and fashion forward way to wear this trend. The dress is not only stunning on her, but look at those shoes! To die for…

Trench coats are no doubt a classic piece worth the investment if you can find a great one because you can wear it year after year and season to season. I literally had a dream that I bought this coat after I lusted over it for a good hour on the internet. This Juicy Couture trench is so versatile and comes in camo green and khaki and we have many options and colors similar to this at Fred all season long!

Alright, well hopefully this has inspired you to go out and start your warm weather wardrobe SHOPPING! Time to go read some more Elle and Instyle and add to the list.
